Live Eyewear sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser forever against any defect in materials or workmanship!

Live Eyewear will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Live Eyewear sunglasses found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens breakage or scratching.

Any alteration or modification of the original product will void the warranty. All repairs will be completed within 10 days of receipt and returned via registered mail. Sunglasses returned to Live Eyewear during the warranty period, must be accompanied by the following:

1. Original proof of purchase: A dated copy of the original sales receipt with your returned Live Eyewear
2. A check for $6.95 to cover shipping and handling
3. A brief note detailing the problem and how the sunglasses broke.
4. Include your name, phone number and address in the event that we need to contact you.
